Memory Rescue: Dementia Risk Reduction

This Group Program runs:

  • Virtually (or in-person):

    • 6 consecutive weeks

    • 60 minutes per week (45 minutes of information and activities, 15 minutes of discussion)

    • *If virtual, we ask that your camera is on, as though we are in-person

  • Dementia Risk Assessment

  • Know your Motivation (One Page Miracle, 5 Reasons Why, My Anchor Images, Fork in the Road)

  • Bright Minds Risk Assessment

  • Important Health Numbers (BMI, BP, blood levels (for CRP, Thyroid, Lipids,…)

 2.   Specific Risks for each of the BRIGHT MINDS areas

 3.   110 Proven Strategies to reduce the risk for dementia

  •   10 strategies to boost your brain for each of the BRIGHT MINDS major risk factors for memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

4.   Additional Nutrition Guidelines for each of the BRIGHT MINDS areas (what to eat, and what to avoid) with sample daily menus
